24-25 October 201824th of Oct: Convendum, Vasagatan 16 and 25th of Oct: Regeringsgatan 30.

Let's re-create our world, by exploring three perspectives on leading!

Why is this happening?

The purpose of this 1,5 days experience is to create positive change in your life, in your teams, in your organizations, in society, and in the world. We want to create higher engagement around what is important to us and unleash the full potential of teams and individuals.

What is the desired outcome?

The desired outcome of the experience is to tap the collective intelligence of the participants and speakers, on valuable insights, knowledge and concrete content that later will form a physical book (+ articles, podcasts etc) that will be released in the spring of 2019 (made possible through this Kickstarter). The book will be divided into three parts - Leading self, leading others and leading the system, and will mix theory and research with concrete methods and models on how to do it.

How will it be?

The experience is a combination of plenty of "Ted-talk-style" short lectures, workshops, around the table discussion and collective learning. Participating collaborators and speakers are all engaged changemakers and will listen, co-create, share their knowledge & perspectives and ask important questions. Attending writers and graphic facilitators will reinforce the output as we go along. We design it to be emotional, valuable and powerful.

The topics

Join us for one of the three perspectives, or the full experience.

Leading self - getting to know yourself

13.00 - 17.00, 24th of October at Convendum, Vasagatan 16, 4th floor.

The key to successful leadership is emotional intelligence. Thousands of studies on emotional intelligence have shown that it contributes to both professional and personal success. Developing your EQ is connected to great business results, innovative entrepreneurship, effective leadership, and membership, as well as happiness and relationship satisfaction. Who wouldn't want more of that, right?

Leading others - getting to know others

9.00 - 12.15, 25th of October at Convendum, Regeringsgatan 30, 4th floor

Research has shown that fast and flexible work teams succeed better competitively. This means that the entire responsibility does not rest solely on the shoulders of the leader. The challenge is to get everyone to feel that the group’s development and the organization’s results are everyone’s responsibility! How do we make that happen?

Leading the system

13.15 - 16.00, 25th of October at Convendum, Regeringsgatan 30, 4th floor

In this session, we explore how we could scale and organize in a flourishing and sustainable way. We ask ourselves; What system do our planet and its people need? What do we value, for real? How do we scale sustainability? How do we scale engagement? How might we re-invent our organizations?

See you there!

/ Åsa Norell, Roger Sjögren, Anna Gullstrand and the whole Age of Collaboration network.
